It is a worthwhile read for anyone who questions whathappens when we die. It could not have been easy forher to decide to put this story out to the public and I commend herfor it. Medi's book is told in easy tounderstand prose that flows easily. Both books have brought such asense of peace to my soul. These two experiences were a little bit more rich, in myopinion. Two of which are TheMessage, by Lance Richardson and Visions of Glory, by JohnPontius.

This is one of the things that makes itmore believable to me.I have given the book 4 stars based on mycomparison to other books of the same genre. One thing that surprised me by readingto the end of the book is that she came back with a special giftthat continues to be used.

I have enjoyedreading many books of this genre. Imelda describes some funnyexperiences, which make the book fun to read. I've readseveral accounts from other authors and did feel like this book wasunique in several ways. I felt a renewed energy to serve and love others and tostop complaining about the issues I have in my life. Ifinished the entire book in a day and just wanted to hug mytoddlers and dog when I finished and just tell them how much Iloved them. Several of the themes really resonated with my soul, likefree agency and choices and the idea of karma and an accounting ofall we do in this life, ties between family members beyond thislife, communication between spirits rather than being limited bywords, and the thinness of a 'veil' and the real-ness of life. I feltvery touched with several parts I read, and the words struck me astrue. This account is very open and insightful abouther NDE without being preachy or even religion-specific.
